My name is Gemma, and together with my trusty business partner Bovdog we are North East Tail Trails!
We have been best friends for 13 years, and business partners for the past 4!
I have always wanted to work with dogs, dipping in and out of it over the years helping out with friends businesses I finally made the leap in 2019 and started North East Tail Trails. My reputation soon grew, and in turn so did the business. Starting with local walks, NETT soon grew it's stride into homestay, adventure days and now photography!
Bov is a chocolate labrador and the best doggo, he has helped introduce new dogs into the pack and into new situations, places and scenarios with the most calm, patient and friendly manner and has contributed to NETT's success.

North East Tail Trails' main goal is to provide more than just a pet photography, dog walking or pet sitting service. We believe in not only providing our paw parents with beautiful artwork capturing precious memories but also aiding them with the ability to give their dogs an enriched life with consistent and continuous routines and adventures!

We are very lucky indeed to have the most wonderful dogs in our pack family already, some of who started with us as pups!
Whatever the reason our dogs join the pack we treat each as our own and are fully committed to providing the exercise, care and attention that they all need and deserve.
We take every step possible to ensure the wellbeing, safety and happiness of our dogs. Days, walks, routines and photoshoots are carefully scheduled around each dogs' needs. We are also very particular and careful about our walking locations, not only do we try to vary these to give our dogs new and exciting adventures, but we risk assess each area to make sure we have a fun but safe time.
Our photoshoots can capture your pet and their unique personality, with a wide range of options we will work with you to get the perfect picture. Our 'studio' location is a peaceful and secure setting behind the fabulous Lillydale Pet Supplies shop in Lanchester, with access to a beautiful railway bridle path for our location shoots.
